Extended Access Report
It would be really useful to be able to generate a weekly report on all titles that we have auto-upgraded, auto-purchased or that were mediated as part of the Extended Access program. Whilst we get notifications when individual titles are triggered, a weekly report would really help with monitoring.

Batch deleting patron accounts
It would be very useful to be able to batch delete patron accounts, rather than having to do them one by one. It would save a lot of time if you could input a list of names or email addresses and delete them all in one go.

STL Price Threshold
Allow the ability to hide STLs where the STL price is above a selected amount (currently there is only the ability to hide STLs where the price is above a certain percentage).

allow for more attributes to be passed in reports
there are more elements that can be extracted from the info our users pass you to authenticate that could be added to reports, for example role (undergrad, grad, faculty, staff) or school (Medicine, Engineering, Business, etc.).

Allow the ability to change the extended access settings for individual titles
This has come up when new editions of owned copies of titles come out. We don't want to turn off the visibility of the owned copy but we also don't want to trigger additional upgrades or purchases.

Add Readership Level to DDA profiling
We would like to be able to profile by readership level, so that it is easy to filter out non-academic content which we do not want to acquire.

Remote Access Requiring Periodic Re-Authentication from Institution IPs
Once a user creates an account from the instituions IPs, they can use those login credentials when not on our institutional IP's. We would like an automatic way to manage the expiration dates of these accounts via the platform where proquest would require users to come back on an institutions IPs periodically to re-authenicate their account, similar to what Clarivate does with their Web of Science: Anytime/Anywhere Access (see: https://support.clarivate.com/ScientificandAcademicResearch/s/article/Web-of-Science-AnytimeAnywhere-Access-or-Roaming?language=en_US)

Publisher Improvement to Advanced Search
The Publisher filter in Advanced Search is a welcome addition. However, it takes forever to load and crashes my browser. It renders advanced search useless. And I need advanced search to create reports.

Provide forthcoming ebook information, especially for new editions
It would be wonderful if you could provide information on when you will receive an ebook from a publisher, especially when new editions of print are available. I'm often asked this question when the title can't be located in your catalog but it is known to be available in print and the ebook is available directly with the publisher. Being able to pre-order these books would also be great. When I e-mail support with these questions, I'm often never provided with a response.

Alerts for new volumes of a book series
Our library is interested in alerts for new volumes of a book series. Not like a subscription, only an alert, so we still have full budget flexibility.
Or does ebook Central already offer a service like this?

Override login throttle
Every couple of weeks, a student will contact me for assistance because s/he has been throttled after making too many attempts to log in with the wrong password. I'm able to reset the account's password easily, but the student must still wait 24 hours to log in, and most of the people who phone me aren't inclined to wait 24 hours. Therefore, my only solutions are to say "Sorry, you have to wait" or to delete the account and create a new one, which obviously isn't ideal when the student's bookmarked or highlighted content.

Normalize Highlighting
Highlighting sentences is inconsistent where it either highlights the sentence continuously or highlights each individual word. The latter creates a distracting white lattice of un-highlighted space over the text which makes it very difficult to read.

Bulk update Book Level Permissions for a set of owned ebooks
We would like to have the ability to run a job to bulk update/change the Download Days and Online Reader Loan Days in the Book Level Permissions parameters for a list of owned ebooks. Ideally, this would be for both making initial changes to the individual book permissions and for reverting the permissions back to the default general settings.

Add print pdf button to Profile in LibCentral
Profiles are managed by only a few staff -- myself and 2 others. Profiles are changed at least yearly in our institution. I would like to be able to provide a current copy of a librarian's profile(s) so that they can review them and tell me what changes they would like. A pdf print button would be nice to enable this action and would provide a nice clean copy.

Ability to create Marc delivery filters
We would love the ability to create a filter by publication date and subject specifically for delivering the marcs for a subset of subscribed titles. We only want to add to our catalog the titles most likely to be used by our patrons which are recent STEM titles.

When I run a title match I want it to tell me the titles that don't match as well as those that do,
At the moment I have to undertake manual work to find the titles that didn't match. This takes a considerable amount of time, so would like the non-matching titles to be identified

Add DDA_INCLUDE (manually added titles) to automated MARC record files
When automatic MARC record delivery is set up, items with DDA visibility turned on manually are not included in the record set. Currently, we need to download records individually or from the DDA_INCLUDE list manually. We would like these records included in the automatic record run, to streamline our workflow.

Improve COUNTER 4 and COUNTER 5 Reports
ALL COUNTER 4 and 5 Reports
Please find a way to alphabetize the titles in all COUNTER 4 and 5 reports properly so that initial articles are ignored (e.g., a, the). For example, A Practical Approach to Cardiovascular Medicine should sort under P rather than A and The Craft of Scientific Presentations : Critical Steps to Succeed and Critical Errors to Avoid should sort under C rather than T.COUNTER 5 Reports
The COUNTER 5 TR-B1 Report lists titles in an apparently random order as the default. Please change the default to alphabetical order. The COUNTER 5 TR_B1 Report doesn’t…
