MARC records in languages other than English are often garbled unless they are in UTF-8. I usually use Express MARC, but Full records included richer information are preferable. So I would like to request the release of Full MARC available in UTF-8.8 votes

In Alma, the PQ-provided CZ collection for Ebook Central includes titles which are not available to some regions of the world. This means that all libraries in the United States and Canada who use the CZ collection are showing their patrons records for titles to which we do not actually provide access.
Please create a region-specific collection for the CZ that we can use. The scale of this problem is significant: all libraries in the US and Canada who use Alma and the CZ are having the same problem with the same titles.

We would love the ability to create a filter by publication date and subject specifically for delivering the marcs for a subset of subscribed titles. We only want to add to our catalog the titles most likely to be used by our patrons which are recent STEM titles.1 vote
When automatic MARC record delivery is set up, items with DDA visibility turned on manually are not included in the record set. Currently, we need to download records individually or from the DDA_INCLUDE list manually. We would like these records included in the automatic record run, to streamline our workflow.1 vote
This month we received a file of 150 titles - 61 of them will overlay existing records in our system. I found out by asking support that these titles are now DRM-free but there is no indication of this in the spreadsheet -- could a column be added that indicates this information, or better yet, these records be placed in a separate file to download? We keep track of the # of titles added and by call # area to report for statistics to various agencies. Downloading and counting 61 more titles inflates our statistics.2 votes
We would like to request an option to include our order data in the MARC records supplied from Ebook Central purchases (currently available from Oasis). This will enable us to generate order records attached to our bibs when loading to our lms.3 votes
