Access model option of Purchase Matches
When looking up with eisbn in Title Match and executing Purchase Matches, it would like to be able to select the access model (e.g., 1 User, 3Users).
when several books are purchased in batches, but there is an inconvenience that I have to modify all of them because I cannot select the purchase option.
I hope it will be improved.1 vote

Add an audiobook platform/option to ebook Central
Our patrons are asking for audio books. When an audio book is available for an ebook, it would be great to be able to offer that option directly in ebook central.4 votes
Expand available popular management/D&I books available to government libraries
Our customers are increasingly requesting electronic access to popular management (e.g., http://thetelosinstitute.com/library/) and diversity and inclusion (e.g., https://www.businessinsider.com/12-books-diversity-in-2020-every-leader-should-know-about-2020-1) books. Currently, our government library is unable to access many titles like these, but I understand that non-government libraries have access to a larger number of titles, due to publisher/EBC license agreements.
We would like to be able to provide access to these kinds of titles through EBC. Our alternative is to add another platform like Overdrive, which makes it difficult for our customers to find eBooks between different platforms.3 votes
Do not send mediated alerts when there are no options for upgrade
Currently, Ebook Central will send a mediated alert via email when a user was unable to access a limited-concurrency title. This alert will be sent regardless if the ebook is available for upgrade or not.
My suggestion for enhancement is to offer an option to either 1) send the mediated request or 2) treat it as a turnaway when the title in question is not available for upgrade3 votes
Publisher Improvement to Advanced Search
The Publisher filter in Advanced Search is a welcome addition. However, it takes forever to load and crashes my browser. It renders advanced search useless. And I need advanced search to create reports.1 vote
Provide forthcoming ebook information, especially for new editions
It would be wonderful if you could provide information on when you will receive an ebook from a publisher, especially when new editions of print are available. I'm often asked this question when the title can't be located in your catalog but it is known to be available in print and the ebook is available directly with the publisher. Being able to pre-order these books would also be great. When I e-mail support with these questions, I'm often never provided with a response.16 votes
Alerts for new volumes of a book series
Our library is interested in alerts for new volumes of a book series. Not like a subscription, only an alert, so we still have full budget flexibility.
Or does ebook Central already offer a service like this?1 vote
When I run a title match I want it to tell me the titles that don't match as well as those that do,
At the moment I have to undertake manual work to find the titles that didn't match. This takes a considerable amount of time, so would like the non-matching titles to be identified5 votes

Highlight Holdings in differnt colour
In LibCentral (and also in patron portal) it would be very helpful, if holdings/owned titles would be highlighted in a different colour.
Currently owned, DDA, ATO titles are all highlighed yellow. For a better distinction it would be useful to highlight owned titles in a different colour.3 votes
Bisac classification in LibCentral as well
Since end of 2018 patrons have a more specific subject filter (BISAC) for search results. This would be helpful for DDA profiing and title searching in LibCentral as well.6 votes
