Message field of request form should not be an optional
Currently the message field on a request form for mediated-DDA is optional but many administrators want users to put comments. So I request administrators can select it's optional or mandatory.
This topic was actively discussed again in a recent webinar. Most attendees were strongly agreed and have expected ProQuest's prompt action.

Hi, it's been a while since I posted this suggestion. How was your review on this? I've still heard the same request around me. I also found other custom field like "Request Form Custom Field" and "Request Form Dropdown Field label" have this option where can be selected optional or mandatory so it seems it's easy to meet this request compared to other ones.
