Session Length Online Reader
The session length of 30 minutes of inactivity before you are automatically removed from a title is too short to really be able to concentrate on your study work. As a user, it is exhausting to look for the spot where you stopped every time your session ended throughout the title.
Might it be possible to make the session longer or to set up a pop-up window so that you are at least warned before the session ends?

Clarify Availability messages in French - Améliorer messages de Disponibilité
The Availability message "Copy is not available for this book" is not accurately translated when using the French interface. It looks as though there are no copies available instead of "no copying allowed". I suggest the following text instead :
“Il est impossible de copier le livre intégral”
(instead of “Aucune copie n’est disponible pour ce livre”)Similarly the message " Print and chapter download are not available for this book" is not accurate in French. I suggest the following :
"Il est impossible d’imprimer ou de télécharger des chapitres individuels de ce livre"
(instead of "Il est impossible d'imprimer…1 vote -
Improve ebook turnaway notifications
It would be very helpful to include a row showing the current licence/access model for a particular title when the 'unable to access' notification email is sent. This would help easily identify what the current license/access model is, and what possibilities there are for increasing access without the need to login to Proquest, search for the title and find what license we currently have for a title - which is time consuming and often a contributing factor against upgrading...
For example:
Below is the information I received this morning for a title where a user was unable to access. It…2 votes -
Allow left-hand menu to be hidden in text only mode to support enlarging text
When using text-only mode the text of the book can be enlarged using browser zoom to a higher level than when text-only mode is disabled (when using Read Online or download views). For visually impaired users who need to enlarge text to a higher level of magnification than non text-only Read Online or downloads will allow, text-only mode should meet this need. However, as the text is enlarged using browser zoom the left-hand menu (containing table of contents, search etc) also increases in size, covering the book content. The left-hand menu cannot be closed (as it can when text-only mode…

DDA Budget Tracker
With some of our other suppliers with which we have placed deposits, we are able to monitor a live dashboard which changes in terms of the value of the remaining deposit(s) every time a payment is taken from it in relation to usage. That's what I'm hoping might be possible at some point with our ProQuest DDAs but I'm not expecting it to be made available any time soon, just providing some hopefully useful feedback.

Allow editing on title landing pages
Hello, we'd like to either be able to edit or suggest what appears on the landing page for e-books. Extraneous language about downloading e-books has been confusing, in particular when this is not required. Also, many students seem to be accessing through their phones, and we'd like to add language that explains how best to do that. I tried to attach a highlighted screen shot but it wouldn't let me. I am happy to send. Thank you so much for considering!

Show upcoming title removals to users within EBC
Display a note on records letting people know when eBook titles will be removed from the collection, similar to how Netflix and other streaming services let people know that a movie is leaving the service. This will help prevent “surprise” removal from the collection by helping end-users identify when titles are leaving, and give institutions an opportunity to find alternate access to the title or a substitute.

Customize individual ebook's loan period
Hi, it would be nice to be able to customize individual ebook's loan period, ie. to set the loan period for individual ebooks. I understand that now we are able to either enable or disable loan period for all ebooks. Thanks!

Friendly language for number of users
The language used to describe number of users across all systems should be updated to be patron friendly. It is confusing for patrons and librarians!

When books are scheduled to be removed from the Ebook Central subscription...
contact both the library with the list of titles currently on our patron's book shelves that will be removed, and contact the patron so they know that the book will not be available after a certain date. The patron should then be given options, e.g. how to save their notes and annotations, how to contact their libraries to request that perpetual access be acquired so they don't lose access to their existing notes and annotations, etc.

Add hourly loans option at the title level
Would like ability to add hourly loan option for selected titles, instead of only across the board permissions settings.

Username Login Prompt
Include a prompt on the login page that helps a user remember that their username could actually be their email address. Too many users forget their username (especially over the summer break) and then create new accounts and are shocked when they cannot find their bookshelf. Having some kind of prompt is ideal.

Après avoir exécuté une recherche, les sujets proposés sont inscrits en anglais, alors que l'interface est en français.Ils devraient être présentés en français

Highlight reason for turn-away on eBook's landing page
Many students do not take the time to scan the page (much less read it). When a s student is unable to access a book, all information is irrelevant, EXCEPT the information that I have highlighted. The student will not care about title, author, publication date, etc. They only care about accessing the book, and if they can’t access the book, they are ONLY interested why not & what else they can do. I suggest you highlight this information so that students know why they could not access the book, and what other options they have to proceed from here.

Provide automated holdings updates for EBSCO
EBC allows for automated holdings updates in OCLC Collection Manager and it would be very helpful to have the same service for EBSCO holdings management. EBC customers use different knowledge bases for discovery and partnering with EBSCO would be helpful for maintaining holdings accuracy.

Persist Zoom Level
Every time when opening an Ebook (or re-load it after the session timed out once again ...) I have to adjust the zoom level to get an appropriate zoom level for my display. I use either my laptop display or an external monitor (4K). In either case the zoom level is too high, s.t. I have to zoom out first.
The following features would ease that (mild) pain:
best: have the zoom level persisted in the browser's local storage
good: make the zoom level a request parameter, s.t. I can have the zoom level fixed via bookmark
