Real-time turn away alerts/reports
Kathleen wants this so she can go in and upgrade immediately. It’s not as helpful to see a turn away report in hind-sight
7 votesSummarized turnaway email alerts (including a csv attachment) for daily, weekly and monthly turnaways are now available. You can sign-up to receive these on the Alerts page in LibCentral.

More granular zoom settings in reader
The default zoom in the reader is too large, but when zooming out just once, it becomes too small. It would be nice to have more granular zoom settings (or to be able to select a percentage or from a slider?).

Refine Your Search by Publishers
We need a search facet of publisher at "Refine Your Search" in LibCentral.
15 votesTo promote ease of use in searching and improved report results when filtering by publisher, please look in your library’s LibCentral Acquisition Catalog Advanced Search, Publisher filter to see a more refined, cleaner list of publishers to search by. This same list carries over to the Title, Usage and Expenditure report publisher filter search. To add additional benefit to the reports, expect to see the exact publisher name in the reports display, allowing for better results when analyzing the report output.

Add Price Limit for Extended Access Upgrades
We need a way to control the automatic Upgrade purchase via Extended Access if the cost over a specified amount.
14 votesThanks to everyone who voted on this great idea! This will be released afternoon (EST) tomorrow (Sept. 10). We are really excited to offer more ways for you to manage your budget, prevent turnaways & upgrade to your preferred access model, if a book is requested via mediation. Please see the Access Permissions, Mediated Requests & Expenditure Report documentation, which gives more details about this new feature.

Customizable Purchase Hierarchy
We would like the ability to customize our autopurchase hierarchy, because our preference of Access Model does not match the Purchase Hierarchy for Ebook Central
Also, we require the ability to exclude select Access Models so they are never purchased.
64 votesI am happy to announce that the Customizable Autopurchase Hierarchy feature is now available for libraries to enable in LibCentral allowing you more control over your DDA and Extended Access settings
You can find more information about how to configure the hierarchy in this Support Article: What is the Purchase Hierarchy for Ebook Central DDA and Extended Access Autopurchases?
Thank you all for your valuable feedback and insights that helped us deliver this feature.
