Add note advising students not to use institutional email address
Students sometimes enter their institutional email, which often expires very soon after graduation. Requiring an address that isn't from the institution (via some kind of validation), or at least reminding them to use one, would be very helpful.

We require students to add their institutional email address because we find it is less likely to end up in spam or trash folders.

I should add to my colleague Diane's explanation that of a sample of 279 ETDs recently submitted, for a whopping 28% of them (79) the student put down their institutional email address rather than a personal email. And we only have the personal email field activated.

My institution has both personal and institution email fields turned on, and I often find students entering their institution email address in BOTH fields. Making possible a check to ensure each field has a unique entry would be helpful!
