  2. Include report with all Faculty Committee Members

    Idea submitted on behalf of the University of Delaware. Include reporting capability to list all faculty committee members, rather than just advisor.

  3. Choose date format for reports

    I use reports to add newly-received items to our ETD records spreadsheet, and every time I do so I have to reformat the dates.

    YYYY-MM-DD is a useful format for lots of people but your average users tend to not like it. A selection of common date formats, and we can choose which one we'd like in our reports, would be great.

  4. In reports, put keywords in separate columns

    Suggestion: Treat the keywords as 6 fields that export in 6 columns. If a keyword is left blank, it exports a blank column (so it doesn't screw up the overall arrangement of the report).

    This could make things a little easier on those of us who use reports to assist in cataloging.

  5. Include more fields in search criteria

    It'd be great to be able to do more precise searches in preparing reports. If we could set up reports to just display on the screen, this would be a good way to do regular searches too. These are the fields I think could be useful, and some ideas on what I'm thinking for search mechanics:

    Any value/Yes/No, could be in a box like Status and other criteria in Step 2 of the report creation:
    * Did the student enter an ORCID?
    * Is there an author's note to admin?
    * Are there supplementary files?
    * Is there an embargo?

  6. ETD Admin Reports - Schedule reports

    As an ETD administrator, I would like to be able to run reports on a regular basis automatically on a schedule that I set in ETD Admin.

  7. Add degree date filter for reports

    Date Submitted is a current filter, but Degree Year and Month filters would be more help to us when running a report of ETDs delivered to our IR.

  8. Add filters to dashboard for programs.

    It would be nice to be able to fiilter results in the ETD dashboard to view the impact of different programs. Allowing users to filter by "Degree Awarded" and "Department" would be a good way to do this.

  9. ETD Admin Reports - Report Management

    As an ETD administrator, I would like to be able to save reports with a set of selections that I choose so that I can run this report again without having to re-create it. I would also like to be able to edit the report and save these updates, or save a modified report with a different name.

  10. Report to include published link

    It would be helpful to have an option to include the link to a publication if the publication status is "Published by ProQuest".

  11. Add more fields to 'reports' options

    It seems reasonable that any field related to the given ETD should be available to reports, but personally, abstracts and admin notes would be the fields I would find most useful.

  12. Add a a saved default feature in the "Fields to include in the report" section for running reports.

    I would like to be able create a saved configuration option in the report section, so that I don’t need to select the fields I need each time I run a report

  13. Allow note/s to be added to reports

    There's information that would be easy to get during the evaluation/approval process, that you need later on, so you need to look it up again. Being able to export the notes field, or better yet, adding one or more notes fields specifically for reporting purposes, would be so helpful.

  14. ETD Admin Reports - Generate reports across multiple sites

    As an ETD primary administrator I would like to be able to manage reports across multiple sites at the same time. This means I could apply all report management options such as change report structure, naming, and running of reports easily by setting up the same report to run across multiple sites.
