Add streaming video titles to OASIS
The marketplace for ordering individual streaming video titles is confusing and diffuse, much like ebooks were several years ago. As with ebooks, we'd be inclined to order many more of these if the process of finding the titles and platforms on which they're accessible were easier.

Sort by physical book or ebook
When working in "authorize orders" it would be helpful if there were an option added to the sort by field that was for either physical book (pbk) or ebooks. When I'm ordering pbk books I often have to download records so I will do those separate from the ebooks. Thanks!

Form on Oasis to request titles as ebooks
Would like there to be a form on Oasis for colleagues who want to know if we can get a print title in ebook format. Or to suggest a collaboration between a small publisher and EBC so we can access their ebooks on the platform rather than self-hosting a PDF. We would also like a way to be able to view what's been requested and any progress in the process.

Better integration of Ifound with Proquest systems
Can the integration of Ifound be improved so that any book we order from Proquest be automatically fed into Ifound, regardless of the item being ordered via the Oasis channel.
At the moment we have to cancel the order sent via EDI and start again via Ifound according to colleagues working in the monograph ordering team

minimize Authorize Order page to view and edit multiple items at once
The new Authorize Order page has great features that it truly needed. The only problem is that each item is huge and takes up the entire viewing page. An expand or contract option would be helpful.

Adding the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classification in the advanced search
Could you please add the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classification in the advanced search options? Since that classification is already in the records, it could be nice to see it in the classification drop down menu.

Talis Integration
I would like ProQuest to work with Talis to integrate supplier information (book & ebook prices) into the Talis Aspire product. Talis Aspire has become an integral part of our ordering workflow and other book suppliers have already taken the step to integrate using an API. For us, it would create greater efficiency in stock selection as we would not need to login to multiple websites to check for prices and would almost certainly lead to us buying more books and ebooks from ProQuest.
It would also help massively if prices shown were inclusive of VAT & discounts. This links…

Allow searches across items Sent to Ratifier
To help me more easily track what I've selected, I keep folders for these items, but it would be nice if instead of that extra step, I could easily search across those items I've sent to our Ratifier.

Label all 3rd party publisher content as DRM-free
Please tag all of the 3rd party publisher content with the DRM-free label, in the same way that DRM-free Ebook Central ebooks are tagged.

E-Book titles - Display "Not Available" phrases in RED LETTERS
Can you display the "Not Available: No sales rights in your region" phrase in the Title Details tab and the "Not Available" phrase in the title record, in RED LETTERS. Presently they are in black letters and hard to spot. I consider these phrases as a Status or a Cancellation, which you display in red or orange letters.

Integrate with Choice Reviews
Like many other libraries, we use Choice Reviews Online for title selection. Any possiblity of having a button with the option of adding the title to our OASIS cart? Right now, only Gobi is integrated with CRO.

Improve accuracy of stock status
Display accurate and genuinely ‘live’ stock updates on Oasis, with feeds from the suppliers that are actually used to source the stock. The current ‘in stock’ status is misleading as it doesn't mean an item is immediately available.

eBook licence display
Oasis already displays the licence types for e-books, so perhaps they could just change the current statement from “Download and online” to:
“Full download and online” for e-books which can be downloaded in full and “Partial download and online” for e-books which are only licenced for partial download

ability to select multiple subject classification ranges
I would like to add multiple classifications into one search (see screenshot). But it seems like if I add one, then click on "select classification" it just erases the previous selection.
For example, I'd like to make multiple selections for an ongoing project. (Sort of like I can make multiple selections for Readership Level.)
For this project, I need to keep up with new books in many related LC subjects:
T174
TL581
TL790
TL794 (for the TLs, a range would be okay)
HD9711
QB500
KNQ3469Is this possible? If so, how do I do that? I know I can create…

Order Ebook Central upgrades through OASIS
The ability to order an Ebook Central license upgrade through OASIS. This can then follow the same workflow as any other OASIS order, with the institution being invoiced for the upgrade cost only.
This is currently working perfectly when upgrading eBook licenses on GOBI.

Oclc record delivery
Currently, if you want OCLC record data, you have to get an amalgamation of what is in the ProQuest database and the OCLC info that database has on hand.
I would like to get the unaltered OCLC record itself as it exists in OCLC’s worldcat database. It would be fine if the TOC and summary services overlaid their info in the 505 and 520 fields (as well as a customized 845 field for institution specific linking), but we find the ProQuest amalgam record to usually be of lower quality than the matched OCLC record.
Understandably, we could also use the…

Automatically populate order info fields depending on format
If a selector picks an ebook, we would like certain order info fields populated in the same way, e.g. Location: Online Resources; Loan Type Reference; and Sequence: Electronic Books. Most print books are also treated the same way, e.g. Location: University Library, so it would be helpful if these fields could be populated automatically. This would reduce work for selectors and reduce user errors and subsequent queries for ProQuest and for Library Procurement staff, e.g. when a selector picks an ebook and says it is for 4 week loan.

Please add a field for ebook Format to OASIS (in title details)
Knowing whether or not an ebook is available at EPUB or PDF or both is a critical data point for us to know before we purchase an ebook. Please include a field for ebook format in the "title details" section.

When a selector is ordering a title that duplicates a title already held, add a popup or alert
Our selectors sometimes don't check to see if a title is already held before placing an order. Having an alert or popup that warns someone about placing an order for a duplicate item would help us manage duplication.

Curated by Proquest Collections
I just saw the Curated by ProQuest collections and like the direction this is taking, however would like to see more information and details about the selection process included in Oasis with the collection information. How are titles not only evaluated for inclusion, but what criteria might result in a title not being found in the collection? In addition, who are the selectors evaluating these materials? What expertise or identities might they hold that help curate such a collection? Are there ways for the community to suggest titles to add to these collections?
