MARC download: add this function to search results
Currently the only way to download a title's MARC record is to add it to the shopping cart.
Adding the option of downloading the MARC when viewing additional title details in the search results would be a big improvement for those of us who do not place their Proquest orders via Oasis.

We would like to be able to change the default of the search results in Oasis.
We would like to be able to change the default of the search results in Oasis. In the old system we could sort by Copyright year and it would carry on defaulting to this, unless you changed it again. Although we can choose this in the new interface, it always reverts back to best match results, which is a really odd default. Is there anyway we can change this to default to Copyright year?

Add the ability for organizations with multiple ratifiers to work off of the same submission list.
Currently we have to assign selectors to ratifiers to distribute the work and it often results in unfair distirbution or us needing to forward lists to each other. It would be really nice if we had a shared submissions list that all ratifiers could go to and work off of when placing orders.

Sort by physical book or ebook
When working in "authorize orders" it would be helpful if there were an option added to the sort by field that was for either physical book (pbk) or ebooks. When I'm ordering pbk books I often have to download records so I will do those separate from the ebooks. Thanks!

Better integration of Ifound with Proquest systems
Can the integration of Ifound be improved so that any book we order from Proquest be automatically fed into Ifound, regardless of the item being ordered via the Oasis channel.
At the moment we have to cancel the order sent via EDI and start again via Ifound according to colleagues working in the monograph ordering team

minimize Authorize Order page to view and edit multiple items at once
The new Authorize Order page has great features that it truly needed. The only problem is that each item is huge and takes up the entire viewing page. An expand or contract option would be helpful.

Order Ebook Central upgrades through OASIS
The ability to order an Ebook Central license upgrade through OASIS. This can then follow the same workflow as any other OASIS order, with the institution being invoiced for the upgrade cost only.
This is currently working perfectly when upgrading eBook licenses on GOBI.

Add an alert when items are moved to 'Authorize orders'
It would be very useful if some sort of audible alert or 'pop-up' (Dawson's have this functionality) could be added as soon as items are moved to 'Authorize orders'. Currently it is necessary to log in to check. Thanks

Allow a selector to retract an order sent to ratifier (From Lakeland College in CAN)
Twice in recent months, customers have asked to be able to recant or retract an order a selector sent to a ratifier.

Choice of which List to send iFound orders to, rather than only 'iFound List'
When submitting an iFound order, currently the user can only add it to their 'iFound List'. It would be useful to be able to pick which List to send the iFound order to, as it saves the time of currently spent going into the iFound List and then moving the order to the chosen List/Shopping cart
