Move the "WAIT LIST EMAIL" field and remove other email fields when patrons are authenticating via EZproxy
Our patrons are authenticating via EZproxy when accessing or place hold to eBooks. They are confused when setting up the Wait List Email "first time" because they always enter the "EMAIL" AND "CONFIRM EMAIL" information that causing them unable to set up the Wait List email address.
