Improve visibility for the user
To improve visibility for the user, are you able to do anything such as add a message to explain why they can’t access a title e.g. in use by someone else and advise to try later rather than “request still pending”.

Thanks for your feedback. The availability messaging for a title will change based on the many scenarios. A patron would see a "Request still Pending" message when they have submitted a request to their librarian that has not yet been approved. A patron would see a different message for a title that is currently being used by other patrons. This functionality already exists on the platform.
