Normalize Highlighting
Highlighting sentences is inconsistent where it either highlights the sentence continuously or highlights each individual word. The latter creates a distracting white lattice of un-highlighted space over the text which makes it very difficult to read.

Please add the feature of continuous highlighting. It is extremely difficult to read individually highlighted words.

This problem kind of falls under a disability assess framework too. As someone with ADHD and maybe very mild dyslexia I'm finding reading the book online with bitsy highlighting (rather than the proper solid highlighting) quite challenging for large amounts needed for study.

I'm finding this issue such a problem for my eyes/brain. Any fixes????

Most of the time highlighted text highlights individual words, leaving distracting gaps with each space. This makes it difficult to read and quite overwhelming to look at.
I see this concern has been posted a few years back, but I am posting again because I want to clarify that this is a really annoying feature, and deters me from using your services. I only use Ebook central as a last resort, and when I do, it is dreadful specifically because of this issue. I am genuinely surprised more people are not speaking up about it.

This highlighting problem is absolutely infuriating. It's been more than three years since this issue was raised - please fix it!
