Add author names in ToC of editorial works
At the moment ToC doesn't show author names in case of editorial works.
Example: Information Literacy and Social Justice, edited by Lua Gregory, and Shana Higgins, Library Juice Press, 2013. To add Brazilian standard citation format
I would like to suggest the Brazilian standard citation format called ABNT-Associacao Brasileira de Normas Tecnicas, in order to avoid rejection from customers.

Improvement of the EPUB format interface.
It would be great if the EPUB format interface can be changed to be as similar as possible as the most common ebook interface that the majority of ebooks in EBC has got. An example is to have the table of contents to the left.
The current interface for EPUB ebooks is not so easy to understand when the reader is used to the more common one.
We also think, when setting the downloads to 0 for an EPUB ebook, (due to the current covid-19 we want to do that, so that as many users as possible can read it…

Move the carousel up to the top.
Those of us that don't have many titles, we would like to showcase them at the top. A little overwhelming, if this is your first time to the website then you start searching and don't find a title. Users may become frustrated.

Pop up to inform users of implications of downloading to a public computer
At the moment there is a pop up that asks users whether they are using a private or public computer but no prompt is given for either choice - need a pop-up customisable by the library to explain implications of using a public computer

Change passwords during the Monday - Friday work week.
This will allow library staff the opportunity to notify customers about password changes and will prevent customer frustration with being unable to access database information over the weekend and during holiday breaks.

To generate the reports to get the titles by the ‘disciplines’ like Arts & Humanities
Hi,
Good Morning!
We are not able to get to the discipline level when generate any of the reports. Example: Arts & Humanities. You do have fund codes, subject headings like Science, Medicine, Pharmacy etc. and LC call numbers in certain reports but we need get the titles grouped under a particular discipline.
Please add the functionality to generate the reports to get the titles by the ‘disciplines’.
Thanks!
Have a nice day ahead!
With best wishes

Accuracy in EBA availability
Is there any way to make the “Not available” bigger, or to suppress the record in the first place? It’s kind of misleading….

Improve order confirmation emails for GOBI
We currently place most of our ebook orders through GOBI. The order confirmation emails we receive from Ebook Central are pretty minimal. They only include the Title, Author, EISBN and access url. I opened a support ticket about this, but was told "orders submitted from YBP/GOBI provide limited details compared to the direct LibCentral order confirmations" and that I should submit an Idea Exchange request because it wasn't currently on their roadmap to fix this. It would be extremely helpful if these minimal emails at least included access model purchased. We make special notes for titles purchased with limited user…

Change "Update Selected" or add link "Add to List" in LibCentral platform
In LibCentral, for ordering eBooks, to add titles to a list you have to choose "Update selected" which makes no sense for adding to a list.
If you provided a link to "Add to List" or change "Update Selected" to "Add to List" it would make more sense. You have "Add to Cart" in the license type, but if you do that, you still view them as a list then add them, so it's more time consuming. Just change update selected to Add to list.1 vote -
Add a trigger stage to DDA Statements & Mechanism for accurately tracking triggers
ebook statements should be enhanced to indicate trigger stage (e.g. 1st trigger, 2nd trigger, purchase). Otherwise it requires manual reconciliation which is very time consuming. As well, there should be a mechanism to keep track of triggers even when a title changes price. Otherwise, customers exceed their preferred purchase settings with excessive loans.

Export citations for "EndNote/Citavi" are in difficult to use format
Exporting citations for "EndNote/Citavi" appear to normally result in file download named:
biblioExport.action
The customer reports (and I confirmed) that doesn't open seamlessly with Chrome on a Mac with EndNote.
Customer asks, your KB article says the files "should be downloaded as a .action or .ris file into your Downloads folder". Why not always one or the other (preferably .ris files)?

Would like to see an index/thesaurus in the advanced search section.
The detailed index/thesaurus would allow me to search more specifically by the criteria ProQuest uses in the indexing process--for example, if there are specific subject classifications. I would want to be able to either start typing a word in the index search bar to find a term or be able to browse alphabetically, then click on the term, which would either hyperlink to records containing that term or be able to add the term to the advanced search.
