   Yes, this is a big concern for our institution. When at the “Express Checkout” screen in the ordering process, ebook options for a title that are not available in the US should display a warning note next to it. For example the option could look like this when selecting the down arrow: Ebook Central Single user (2020) **Not available in the United States** $125.99
   I tend to check prices and options from this screen as a last effort to find the best deal for our libraries. It i problematic to have to go back and order titles and reconsider funding allocations.
