E-Book titles - Display "Not Available" phrases in RED LETTERS
Can you display the "Not Available: No sales rights in your region" phrase in the Title Details tab and the "Not Available" phrase in the title record, in RED LETTERS. Presently they are in black letters and hard to spot. I consider these phrases as a Status or a Cancellation, which you display in red or orange letters.

This would be great as it speeds up the search for us and stops us disappointing our academic staff and student when we later have to tell them we can't supply it.

Yes definitely! It would be nice to know when an ebook is not available in our region before we order it rather than having to place an order and then our order being cancelled.
It would be much easier to know up front as we might tell staff we can get it and then find we cannot. It creates more work for everyone! -

It's better to show very clearly that items not available before ordering, which saves time and avoid any inconvenience

Hi I am really glad you are looking into this issue. Our financial year has just begun and we have sent our orders in the last couple of days. Already I have a list of half a dozen orders that have been cancelled becuase there are NO UK Rights. I always look out for this message when ordering, but it sometimes appears half way down the page on another entry, not the actual entry you are clicking on. Sometimes I don;t even think it shows up until you have cancelled the item. At this time of COVID we are focussing on buying ebooks as all institutions are, and we have already informed academics that titles are available as ebooks. To then have them cancelled is a big blow and it makes us look inefficient. However, we are a very small team dealing with hundreds of book orders. Currently the way in which this information appears is not clear and cannot easily be seen. If you can solve this issue this will be of huge benefit to us. Many thanks

Thank you all for this feedback. This is now live in Authorize Orders, and will be extended across to the other pages as well.
To Julie's point, you are absolutely right, and we do hope to remove them from the OASIS search results at some point, unfortunately we are not technically able to do so in the interface just yet, but it is absolutely on the list.

Yes, this is a big concern for our institution. When at the “Express Checkout” screen in the ordering process, ebook options for a title that are not available in the US should display a warning note next to it. For example the option could look like this when selecting the down arrow: Ebook Central Single user (2020) **Not available in the United States** $125.99
I tend to check prices and options from this screen as a last effort to find the best deal for our libraries. It i problematic to have to go back and order titles and reconsider funding allocations. -

I agree, but I would go one step further and say -- if you can stop titles from creating an API order - you should be able to stop them coming up when people are searching for a title to order it. I assume that most users are not searching Oasis for titles NOT TO ORDER.
