   A library using both ETD Admin and Esploro would like the DOIs for their ETDs to be captured by ETD Admin for use in the Abstract & Citation record metadata in PQDT.

   Esploro can already 'mint' DOIs, but there is currently no functionality for this in ETD Admin, or capability for Esploro to pass data back to ETD Admin.
