Include more fields in search criteria
It'd be great to be able to do more precise searches in preparing reports. If we could set up reports to just display on the screen, this would be a good way to do regular searches too. These are the fields I think could be useful, and some ideas on what I'm thinking for search mechanics:
Any value/Yes/No, could be in a box like Status and other criteria in Step 2 of the report creation:
* Did the student enter an ORCID?
* Is there an author's note to admin?
* Are there supplementary files?
* Is there an embargo?
Department names and advisor/committee names: A basic setup could be a multi-choice dropdown box drawn from whatever values exist in our own database, as tags are searchable now. An extra-awesome setup would be checkbox pop-ups similar to the links in the Advanced Search of PQDTG.
Keyword: Would search in title, abstract, subject keywords, combinable with boolean operators.
Year manuscript completed: Before/after/between date
Degree date: Maybe a multi-choice pulldown for month (including "any"), another one for season (including "any"), and a before/after/between for year
