Improve ebook turnaway notifications
It would be very helpful to include a row showing the current licence/access model for a particular title when the 'unable to access' notification email is sent. This would help easily identify what the current license/access model is, and what possibilities there are for increasing access without the need to login to Proquest, search for the title and find what license we currently have for a title - which is time consuming and often a contributing factor against upgrading...
For example:
Below is the information I received this morning for a title where a user was unable to access. It would be helpful to include a row showing what the current license/access model is that we have for the title with the other information:
