Include a direct link from the menu bar to the Accessibility Settings
Currently the settings are accessible via Settings > Profile. Including a direct link would reduce steps for users with disabilities.

I totally agree. Having a direct link would also serve to advertise that the function is available rather than users having to know about it before they find out where it is. You don't know what you don't know!

I second David's suggestion - increasing accessibility and ease of use is an equity priority.
