Permalinks need to have the option to always include proxy info
Our faculty work sometimes from campus and sometimes from home and send permalinks to students who may be on or off campus. The permalinks will only consistently work if they are proxied all the time. Our faculty or students are not going to think to check the URL every time...mainly because every other vendor we use just allows us to turn on proxied version 100% of the time regardless of where they are when they are accessing the resource so they don't have to think about it.

We have the same issue as everyone else. Our users don't even know what the proxy URL is or how to add it. It is only an issue when someone uses the "share" link but we want it to work seamlessly

Please change this! This has been an issue ever since the migration from ebrary to Ebook Central.

Yes! While the permalink works perfectly on campus, users don't understand the whole concept of proxies when they are off campus. Likewise, staff will forget to manually add the proxy (and it's a burden in any case). This would be very helpful.

Our permalinks include our proxy information. I think it was part of the initial setup information we gave to ProQuest.
