Patrons can change view option in the reader
Ebook viewing options
Offer a two page view for ebooks. This would be particularly useful for graphic novels and material with graphics and tables. Adding a thumbnail option would also be a good idea
Thank you all for your feedback on this enhancement request! We will keep this in mind for future consideration.

I am ordering some children’s books for our new teacher training course and I thought I would opt for the e-version where available . However on exploring this further, I realised that there isn’t a way that any of the e-titles can be viewed two pages at a time like a real book. This is important for readers especially when they need to look at a picture while reading the text on the opposite side, and I don’t just mean picture books but books that contain medical images etc. Askews –Holt seem to have that facility for their online books. Another idea like this was voted but it will only apply to the reader, not online. This is important for a number of medical books too where you have images and text that is related to them.

I think it would be useful for most types of books to have a side by side page reading format available.

Picture books are usually meant to be viewed with the pages side by side. There is no way to currently look at a two page spread of books. Also the bookmark icon often covers up text and pictures. See Eating the Alphabet by Lois Ehlert
