Allow One-Time Data Entry of Multiple ETD Department Names
Allow more than one department to be added/edited/removed at a time.
This can be accomplished by adding functionality like the Data Validation Drop-Down List feature in Excel. Department names can be entered on one line, each separated by a comma, and then saved to create a final drop-down list.
Or add functionality for uploading and downloading of CSV text files allowing data to be saved in an ETD department list table structured format. The csv file can be created automatically when a new ETD site build request form is submitted for processing.
Benefits:
1 - Reduce time tech support spends updating/adding each individual department name.
2- Admins can easily receive/view a complete list of department names available on their ETD site without having to navigate and view a drop-down list.
3 - More robust, accurate and efficient ETD department list names.
