  1. The 'download button' shoul be smaller or less accessable than the 'Read online-button'.

    The 'download button' shoul be smaller or less accessable than the 'Read online-button (prefered). ' The download -button should also be follwed by a short explanation (nessessary to use another reader)

  2. Timeout on eBooks

    There is no option to change the timeout on eBooks. It also times out if you click from the catalogue so could affect members.

  3. Ebook Central license upgrade pricing relates to historical spend

    When upgrading to an unlimited license, it should be taken into account when the institution has previously paid for multiple 1 or 3 user licenses.

    In these cases the institution should be invoiced for the difference between the total spend to date on licenses for that title, rather than the current model of the difference between the unlimited user license and the cost of a single 1 or 3 user license.

  4. Make full PDF download available

    This may have been suggested already. Please make ebooks available in full PDF download. I like to listen to my textbooks with a pdf reader, however I can't because I can only download a certain number of pages.

  5. User Notification

    A user notification should be implemented in the library. This could contain a message such as “You have been timed out due to inactivity. To restart your session please return to https://URL.com and click the link to ebook central".
