    The University Library of the University of Apllied Sciences Duesseldorf. supports this request. A price is often researched for the customer. If the customer then makes a request, this price should also be displayed and charged. Otherwise there will be unequal treatment. It is not possible to justify to the customer why the price may be too high and the request cannot be fulfilled after all. Kathrin Oeser, HSD Düsseldorf
