    We acknowledge that the El Salvador population data is not as current as it could be. We did go through a round of updating of vital statistics earlier in the year. Unfortunately our data source chose to update the population data after we had completed that process. We will update the population data during our next round of review and updating.

    Thank you for the feedback about the information we post in CultureGrams about the population of El Salvador. We will investigate the issue and post a response to the observation soon.
