Thank you for the feedback. Would you help us understand the use case a bit better? Are you suggesting an email to be sent to the committee chair and student at a particular time in the workflow, or to allow these users to send email to each other, or something entirely different? As a manager of an IR, I would like to have students to be presented with a single embargo option that would set the embargo for ProQuest and the IR publishing to be the same. This would be offered as a single IR embargo option that would drive the ProQuest embargo settings automatically.
