All EPUB books should be readable within this app. However, since libraries provide eBooks from various vendors, users will still need to use Adobe Digital Editions to download and read EPUBs that are not available through Ebook Central. This situation creates unnecessary complexity, which could be resolved by allowing users to rely on a single tool for all their reading needs. Users should have the option to use other EPUB readers if they prefer. While the new app looks great, its compatibility with only one platform is problematic when considering library collections as a whole.
